Additionally, Bioventus focuses rigorously on complying with all laws and regulations applicable to our business. Bioventus is a member of AdvaMed, and follows both the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals as well as the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice. All Bioventus employees are expected to know and follow these important industry codes as well as our internal policies and procedures.

The Bioventus Global Compliance Program is tailored to meet the seven elements of an effective compliance program as articulated by the Office of Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services:

  5. Monitoring and auditing
  6. Enforcement and discipline
  7. Response and prevention

We take reports of any unethical business practice very seriously. Bioventus wants you to report any improper activity that you may suspect, witness, or be a part of. There will be no retaliation for filing a report in good faith.
